Nevada: Court ruling holds signatures can be struck out by removal form in Senate recall

A district court ruled that names can be removed from recall signatures, which could kill the recall attempts against Senators Joyce Woodhouse (D) and Nicole Cannizzaro (D). Democrats have collected more than 2000 removal forms. Petitioners have a margin of 243 for Woodhouse and 43 for Cannizzaro.

The Republicans plan to appeal.
