Ohio: Signatures handed in against Loveland Mayor

Over 2000 signatures have been handed in against Mayor Mark Fitzgerald (petitioners need 15% of turnout -- the number is not clear from the article. The issue seems to be a lawsuit against Fitzgerald when he was the administrator for North College Hill claiming he misused city funds, and as part of his settlement, he could not work for the city again.

The article notes the rarity of recalls in Ohio that Lincoln Heights Mayor LaVerne Mitchell was removed in a recall in 2005.
